
Lightning ElectroMechanical Company W.L.L. (LEMC) is a Qatari Company founded in June 2011, as a specialist company in all kind of works related to MEP works, Electrical Distribution Grids and Street Lighting Networks infrastructure works.
Our team experience in different projects at different locations at GCC & MENA had enriched our capabilities to understand and deal with different cultures and ways of thinking in addition to vast client’s requirements. This enabled us to understand the different codes of practice and helped to provide the advice and services to our clients.
Throughout the years, we have gained vast experience and managed different construction projects, which were of high quality and were successfully completed.
Our Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians are highly trained and certified from relevant authorities. Along with their impressive skills they, at all times, place a strong emphasis on safety; we consider safety a very important measure of our success. We have the expertise, experience, and knowledge to handle complex projects involving Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional one.
The main area of our operation is divided into two different Departments:
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING DEPARTMENT (MEP)
ELECTRICAL NETWORK DEPARTMENT (END)
Our motive professional management team has been in the business for more than 25 YEARS AT GCC & MENA, they had executed numbers of prestigious projects and dedicated to share and provide different clienteles with the highest quality for the provided services.
All our engineers are certified by Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) and Civil Defense, our professional team (Jointer, Fitter, and Testing Teams) are certified by KAHRAMAA.

LIGHTNING works are committed to provide Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning and Maintenance of Electromechanical works to its clients for various Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects.

LIGHTNING will continually seek to improve its quality management system effectiveness towards more customer satisfaction by refining its Project Quality , Plan through the use of advanced technology, Quality products and training of staff and implementing quality management system.
LIGHTNING will carry out all operations in a safe and timely manner, to the benefit of the client, the employees and the company in general. The LIGHTNING management will review the quality policy on annual basis in line with the company’s annual quality objectives.
Quality Objectives:

- Produce the necessary Project Quality Management Plan and review the effectiveness of existing relevant procedures periodically.

LIGHTNING health and safety policy is to meet the safety requirements including all applicable codes, standards and regulations. The Management shall vigorously pursue safety of operations, materials, workmen and environment. Necessary and reasonable resources shall be taken to safeguard environment and health of personnel and third parties directly involved in LIGHTNING’s operations by providing a safe working environment.
LIGHTNING management shall investigate any accident with a view to ascertain all the responsible elements and factors in order to avoid recurrence. Training of subordinate staff shall be the duty of supervisors while they give necessary back up for effective coverage.
LIGHTNING is committed in minimizing the impact of its operations on the environment, through the protection of the materials, equipment and components from damages resulting from improper operations. Physical infrastructure necessary for employee’s personal protection shall be provided for use as required.
LIGHTNING is totally committed to a policy of prevention, reduction and elimination of all undesired events that could or do result in loss. We take extra care when it comes to health and safety. We have set our health and safety policy, according to the international standards to avoid any unfortunate incident.
All recognized codes, standards, and statutory regulations, shall be rigidly adhered to in all our operations. In conclusion, we shall operate from the viewpoint that all work - place accidents and other down-grading occurrence are preventable.

- Define a way to eliminate, reduce, reuse or recycle project waste and implement a control measures that will lead to effective waste management.
- Periodically review and update the waste registry.
